I am on Windows 10 and the self install driver is not creating a Com Port

Some users have been reporting this problem since the last Windows 10 automatic update.
Please do the following:

On Windows 10

Go to Security
Select Windows Security
Select Device Security
Click on Core Isolation Details
Select Memory Integration Settings
Turn it off
Restart your Computer

Proceed with normal installation and the self install driver will create the COM port necessary to operate the device.
