RETURN POLICY
We take pride in the products we offer. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with each purchase, therefore, we have posted images and descriptions and reviews for each product to assist in decision making.
We will always replace any factory defective Unit free of charge within 30 days of purchase.. Please contact us for instructions before returning any defective unit.
Please be advised that, because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept the return of electrodes and paste.
Refunds
Unless the unit is factory defective, all sales are final. Under special circumstances we may accept a return for Refund where shipping will be paid by the buyer and a 20% restocking fee will be accessed.
No refunds are made for Electrodes & Paste under any circumstances,
