I am a reseller - how do I get reseller discounts?
If you are a reseller, please send us an email to admin@pocketneurobics so we can configure your pricing profile and get you set up in the new website!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
How do I place an order online?
Create an account (at the screen, top right) it will ask for your email address and to set up a password.
You can then add item(s) to your cart (you will find your shopping cart at the very top right corner). When ready to check out, click on your shopping cart.
If you have a discount coupon code, enter it on the checkout page (make sure to click Apply after you enter the code).
Enter your payment information and click “Continue to Shipping”. You will get a confirmation email stating “Your Order ID is: XXXX, and a receipt containing information about your order. Please keep it for your records.”
You will receive another shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays, Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week. Also, if your order includes a back-order item, this may delay the shipping date.
Domestic Shipping - Expected delivery 3 to 5 business days
International orders including Canada - Expected delivery 7 to 21 days
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Shipping costs vary on order weight and if it is shipping domestic (U.S. shipping) vs International shipping (Including Canada).
What forms of shipping do you offer?
For Domestic and International Shipping, we use US Postal Service: Priority Mail and UPS. ALL orders are shipped insured and requesting receipt signature, no exceptions.
