Thank you for purchasing your neurofeedback equipment with us.
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: If you registered with pocket-neurobics with your email address, it is easy!
Go to the right top corner of your screen and select your username. On your Profile page, select View User Orders. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: You can choose between USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail from anywhere in the world. If you are in Australia, you can choose to use Australia Post and a flat rate shipping fee.
Q. Can I track my order?
A: YES! ALL our purchase shipments go out with a tracking number. You will automatically receive an email with the tracking number upon shipment and you can use it at www.usps.com to track it.
*Oversize items may note an additional shipping surcharge.
Pocket Neurobics uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide. Pocket Neurobics is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has left our warehouse. If you wish to purchase insurance, please choose the “with insurance” shipping option at checkout.
(Alternatively, we can ship FEDEX via your customer account or if you request it. In such cases, we will send you a quote and ship your purchase upon payment of the shipping cost difference.)
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. If one of your items is oversize and a surcharge is noted, you will be invoiced separately.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. You are responsible for ALL the taxes and customs fees in case of international shipping, as well as shipping charges. In case you decide to not accept the package when it arrives in your country, shipping charges for a return and a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the purchase (minus shipping) is applied and reimbursement will only be done once the equipment arrives back to us, in the same condition was it was sent.
